W8 - 800 Group

Delivered between January 2026 and April 2026, this was a multi-faceted structural project where Supersteel worked intermittently across the programme to fabricate and install several key structural elements.

The scope included structural steel beams, a steel staircase, concrete flooring and ribbed metal decking, requiring close coordination between design, fabrication and site installation teams.

The project presented significant site challenges, including work at heights exceeding 20 metres, a highly restricted site footprint and a complex steel staircase that had to fit within an extremely tight space.

Supersteel used careful planning, specialist engineering and precise site execution to overcome the constraints, including a bespoke boom concrete pump capable of vertical pumping for the high-level concrete works.

The staircase required detailed design and coordination to ensure it could be safely installed within the confined area while meeting both structural and architectural requirements.
