Location: Behind Hyde Park, London
Temporary and permanent steel package delivered within a constrained central London access environment.

The initial scope involved supporting the existing façade with temporary steelwork during strip-out, using complex steel frames designed to retain the structure safely.
Following this, a permanent steel frame was installed across three levels, including six spliced beams with bespoke connection designs.
Beam splicing was selected because significant access restrictions meant no trailer longer than 6 metres could reach the property.
Once the permanent structure was complete, the temporary steelwork was carefully derigged, leaving behind the new steel frame.
