Supersteel was appointed to design and supply all 150 tonnes of the steel frame for the retrofit of a 19th-century mansion block.
The building is being transformed into 24 luxury apartments, requiring a lengthy and carefully coordinated design stage.
The team worked closely with the client’s design and engineering teams to navigate the complexity of a large-scale heritage scheme in NW8.
The project demanded a coordinated structural solution that balanced retrofit constraints, heritage considerations and programme requirements.
