Location: Belgravia, London
Ongoing Belgravia mews redevelopment using coordinated structural design and spider crane lifting within a highly constrained site.

This is a substantial redevelopment on a historic mews street in Belgravia, involving new residential properties and office spaces in a prestigious hidden mews location.
During the extensive design phase, Supersteel worked closely with architects and structural engineers to resolve technical and logistical challenges before site installation.
The project required solutions for restricted site access, complex installation sequencing and intricate steel connection details tailored to the site's constraints.
To improve efficiency and manoeuvrability in the confined environment, Supersteel selected a spider crane for the works, increasing mobility and enabling more efficient erection than conventional lifting methods.
Once complete, the structure will weigh approximately 55 tonnes and will play a major role in transforming this distinctive Belgravia mews development.
